I am trying to save websites to pocket but pocket keeps saying that i am not connected to the internet, even though i am. I have used pocket many times and not had this problem. Refreshing Firefox and closing and reopening it does not solve the problem. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi Birdsnest,

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble saving websites into Pocket.

Is Pocket asking you to log in every time?

From what I understand this could be an issue related to Cookies not being saved after closing Firefox.

I think you might be able to resolve this by allowing Firefox to remember cookies after closing.

To do this :

  1. In your Firefox browser click the '3-bar' menu
  2. Click Privacy & Security - > Under Cookies and Site Data, uncheck (if not already) Delete cookies and site data when Firefox closed
  3. Under History - > set Firefox will Remember history
  4. Try saving websites to Pocket

Another option is to add Pocket as an Exception if Never remember history is check marked if you need to have this feature on which is linked below with the entirety of the help article.
