keep getting someone else's info
When I click on a message or try to respond to a survey, I keep getting someone else's informatipn. My user name is jneb44@gmail.com. I keep getting user name of Jay Neb who lives in Honolulu. I live in Georgia & do not know Jay Neb. I have tried to correct this & ask for help, but get no response.

just trying forget all information and clear cache nd data, also make sure you have a virus guard!!
