Sync problems
I have account, where i have passwords/logins, bookmarks, etc. Some days ago i as usual reinstalled my Windows, installed Firefox, and tried to Sync. Sync was done, i pressed Sync on Account button, and nothing happens. Then i tried to see my pass/logins there: about:logins , but there is empty. And my bookmarks doesn't show.
How can a get back my logins, passwords, bookmarks, plugins?

Ok, gonna switch to Chrome, close it.

Hi
I understand that Firefox Sync did not connect to your mobile device on this occasion, but hopefully I should be able to help you force a Sync event to take place.
Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:
In Firefox on your mobile device:
- Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Account.
- Tap on Synchronise now.
This will “force” a synchronisation of the data that is on the local device storage.
Ok, i have Firefox, Lockwise on Android, i get Sync on Firefox, but i still dont have my data
If you do not see your bookmarks and logins on any of the devices (Lockwise for passwords) that show in the list then it looks that this data is lost.
Note that best is to update your personal data locally and not rely on Sync as Sync isn't designed to be used as backup.
So sad. I have manually save my passwords, and it helps me, but i have like 50-70 bookmarks, and i really need them. I used Sync a lot of time, and it helps me to easy save my data before and after reinstall OS. There is no way to restore my bookmarks somehow?
I found where sync logs are located. There is many logs starts with "error", so there is last log created tonight. Maybe this helps you somehow

I have now the same issue and Firefox has nowhere a normal support of contact... I'm already tired with finding a solution with this problem.... I have a lot important data with this sync option from Firefox. It worked great before but after reinstallation of my os this time it has error synchronisation.
I have same problem but no answer from the support switching to opera or chrome is better BTW I had opera accout 3 years ago I found everything I need there by their sync goodbye FFF
