hey you guys,

I've got a rather annoying issue here with your browser. My username and password form data is being remembered by firefox no matter what I do to get it to *forget* the data! I have tried all of the following workarounds:

=> uninstalling and reinstalling firefox from scratch => clearing the cache and temp files by going to *options*, selecting "clear data - all history" and checking every option possible => completely deleting the files called "cookies.SQLITE" and "formhistory.SQLITE" from the directory "C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\myProfile"

have you guys ever heard of this happening?? I would certainly like some insight into this from you experts here! thanks.

Adam

Login data (usernames and passwords) are stored in logins.json in the profile folder.

Did you look for this login in the Password Manager ?

I'm a software developer, so naturally I look at source code and files in the windows dirs. I've solved it though, and probably by the same way you're suggesting. I did not look at your link as it has already been resolved. but thank you anyway. see attached image for the page where I found out what to do. I clicked on the "head image icon" in the upper right corner of the browser.
