Hello On windows 7 64bit I had Mozilla Thunderbird. An application worked fine. After upgrade Windows 7 to 10 (home 64bit), on Thunderbird stopped working automatic received messages. It's not working when I start program. Also no working regular check new email every 1 min. I must download messages manual... I tried changing settings. Also I reinstalled an application. I deleted cookies from Mozilla Thunderbird. But this whole no solve my problem Any suggestions?

change your setting to every 10 minutes and see if that makes a change.
