Plugins are no longer supported in current Firefox releases.
Firefox 52 and later releases only support the Shockwave Flash plugin and disable all other plugins.
Why-do-Java-Silverlight-Adobe-Acrobat-and-other-plugins-no longer work.
Hi jakasrinaga, if the CCTV vendor doesn't offer an updated interface, you could try using Internet Explorer 11 with the feed. Microsoft may not have provided any shortcut for it, but if you type
iex
in the Windows 10 search box, Internet Explorer should come up as a suggestion on the Start menu and you can click it there.
