Hello, there is no other option than export with html. I tried import bookmarks 2 times, from old computer. And only 1/10 is imported. I was looking around and didn't find anything what would worked. They aren't misplaced, they are just missing. Any ideas ? Thanks!

Export via HTML from Chrome and then using import from HTML in the Firefox Library window usually works fine, when attempting to transfer Bookmarks between old and new PC's.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-html-file

One issue that may cause a problem is if the HTML file is modified or corrupted before attempting to import into Firefox; although via my vast experience with that file format Firefox is very good at overlooking either situation, at most some bookmarks may be missing but not all of them. But the order or which folder then "land in Firefox" bookmarks may be confusing or hard to locate for some users; but typically dependent upon how the original file was setup as far folders structure that was used on a different brand web browser.

Plus the bookmark.html file can be opened in Firefox (like a saved Web Page thru File > Open File ...) before doing the import in HTML to verify the contents and to see how Firefox 'reads that file'. Typically errors / omissions can be seen there.

As far as other options, Firefox does a fine job of "importing from another browser" that is installed on the same PC as Firefox is being used on - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-data-another-browser . Firefox usually finds the necessary Bookmarks that are in Chrome and via a different method (not using HTML format) is able to copy those bookmarks into Firefox. Typically automatically Firefox will ask during the initial installation procedure in Firefox, but is available thru the Library at any time after the initial installation of Firefox.
