I'm changing internet supplier from Comhem to 3 and have created a new address in Outlook but I don't understand how to proceed. How do I migrate the address book from my old address to the new Lookout.com? Please, give a very thourough description as I'm a real computer dummie.

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android, but something that your new email service provider should be able to help you with.
