Perhaps it's a bug 1661485.
Must be because it's bugging me a lot.
This could be related to the Windows Taskbar preview, so maybe disable this feature for now to see if that has effect.
- Options -> General -> Tabs: [X] "Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar"
- about:config => browser.taskbar.previews.enable = false
You appear to have the German (de) language pack and the bug report mentions: Seeing this crash appear in early 80.0 reports, with a strong correlation to "de" (German) locale.
