Thunderbird 78 the password window isn't popping up

Good day

I've been upgraded to 78. When I open the app, the password window isn't popping up. I've checked the server settings and they are correct. The weird thing is that 78 is working great on my other user profile.

I need to access my emails urgently. How to I go back to the previous Thunderbird version?
