One of our accounts must have been previosly redirected to an ntlworld account which no longer exists. We keep getting notices of delivery failure to this non-exiting account. Delivery Status Notification (Failure). I have searched Account Options, but cannot see where this is set up, so that I can cancel it..

I suggest you try checking your setting on your web mail. Most redirection are set up there by folks closing old accounts.
