Why must I use Microsoft Edge

When at Dollar General and I search for a product, when the page of products come up, I cannot see any of the products. I must use Edge in order to shop at Dollar General. Occasionally, same problem at Walmart.com my display monitor will sometime go all black and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get my screen back. Everything will work with Microsoft Edge without a problem. There must be a small glitch somewhere in Firefox or in the web pages meta files that Firefox is not happy with. This is clearly evident at Dollar General shopping website when bringing up a list of products..

ALSO: My email address has changed from sam_morris0282@att.net, to:

sam_morris@sam-ait.com

I couldn't find where I could update my profile? Please correct my email address or tell me how I can do that myself.

Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user icon to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
