Hello, I want to find a specific web page that I visited about two months ago. The problem is that when I visit a web page again at a later time, Firefox resets the "Last visited" tag in the history to the current time. I only remember the exact time when I first visited the web page. Is there any way to sort the history by "first time visited" or something similar? Or any other possibility? I am using Firefox 85.0.1 (64 bit) on Windows 10

Hi Tassilo, unfortunately Firefox doesn't have any built-in way to view that information. You could look for an add-on with that feature, or use an external program. I use this one:

One other note:

If you are looking at old pages in history in the Library window (Ctrl+Shift+H) and you want to see them again without creating a new history entry, use right-click > Open in New Private Window.

Hello jscher2000, Thank you very much! That was exactly what I was looking for. Although for whatever reason the date of the first view was not given, I was able to find the website I was looking for via the URL I was redirected from. Thanks again!
