Every time I open Firefox the Default home page opens and "VaccineFinder" web page opens as a separate page. I cannot figure out how to permanently stop the "VaccineFinder" web page from opening.

Check the home page setting. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page

If you open the browser via a shortcut, open its properties and check it.
