I use Thunderbird and have three e-mail addresses. All of a sudden only one of the three is seen. I no longer see the other two e-mail addresses nor their messages.

How can I restore seeing all three of my e-mail addresses and their e-mail? Only one e-mail address and messages are shown but Thunderbird knows I have the other two addresses but I can't retrieve or see them? I removed Thunderbird and then re installed it but there is no change. I only see one address and it's messages. Lee

Could you please do the following?

  1. Open the menu Fx57Menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy text to Clipboard.
  2. Go to https://pastebin.com, paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page, use the Create New Paste button to create a page containing your info, then copy the resulting URL (address) of the page created.
  3. Open a reply to this post, and paste the link to your troubleshooting information you just copied.
