The menu in the message-window when answering an email is gone. I can not send an email. How do I get it back?

what menu... there is a main pone you can see by pressing F10 if it is not visible, then there is a toolbar with the send button on it.
Either way Press F10 select the view menu from the menu bar displayed and ensure each of the items other than customize under toolbars has a tick.
