How do I print ONLY the body?

I want to print only the body of a message, without all the header information. It doesn't matter if I just print it, select all (as in this example) or part of the body, I get everything every time. I've been copying the body and pasting it to a text program and printing from there but it's a pain. I hope it's just some simple option I've overlooked. This is just one more problem I've been having with the new Thunderbird. I'm running under MAC OSX10.13.6. Thanks!

Printing Tools NG has options to print selections only and to show or hide specific headers:
