I downloaded Firefox lockwise to my laptop. I am running windows 7. Then i hit sync to my mobile phone, which does not have firefox on it. Now my phone is asking for a password to unlock the phone. I have tried numerous passwords and still can't unlock the phone. My landline phone number is showing up on the screen when I push the on button, but when I swipe the screen it shows enter password to unlock. How do I get back to normal on my phone and delete sync from the phone? I have disconnected sync on my laptop with no success. Help ASAP please. email:

Hi

If your mobile device does not have Firefox for Android installed on it, where are you trying to Sync your bookmarks to?

I was going to sync them to my cell phone. Afterwards I realized I did not have Firefox on my phone. Phone is still locked. My phone is not showing up on my Firefox account connected services either. I have tried every password I could think of to no avail. I even hooked it up to my laptop to try to get in it and no luck. I was able to pull down the screen to show all the icons for bluetooth, flashlight, etc, but most are grayed out. I guess I will be doing a hard reset. I did not want tolose my conacts and pictures.

Hi

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android, but with the device itself. i recomend that you contact your mobile telephone service provider for help with this issue.
