Move just one folder of emails to another computer
Hello,
I save all of my email and put the received email into folders by year. I want to copy one of these folders of email to Thunderbird running on a second computer. I tried doing this by copying one of these folders and moving it to the second computer, but the emails no longer have any of their graphic elements after they are moved. So, I'd like to know what I have to do to get one of these folders of email over to the second computer in their complete form.

How exactly did you move that folder?
Hi Stans,
I simply copied the 2021 folder from /Users/User Name/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/2o2k0kn0.default/Mail/pop-mail.outlook.com/Inbox.sbd/inbox 2021 onto an external USB drive and then pasted it into the exact same place on the other computer. It opened up fine in Thunderbird, but in emails with graphics, some of those graphics weren't there. Is this because they actually download this from the internet every time a particular email is opened? If so, is there a way to actually download and store the graphics in Thunderbird so that they are complete when offline?

Yes. They are referred to as remote content. Those that opened were still reachable and downloaded on to the target computer. Those that didn't open are most likely not reachable anymore via the address embedded in the messages.

No, but you can save the messages as pdf.
