TAG option unavailable

I just upgraded to 102.0. The "TAG" option is greyed out and unavailable for use. It was like that before I upgraded, so it's not the new upgrade. What have I done? I use the tags a lot. Oddly, I can edit the tags and their colors/descriptions, but back in the inbox, it's not working.

Win10, HP laptop.

Well, never mind. It just came back. I don't understand what happened, but it self-corrected.
