Is there a way to edit the field names in the new version of the address book (v102)? In the UK we have Mobile phones, not Cell phones! Thanks

No, that capability is not there. The developers try their best to use words that can be understood; providing the ability to edit text within the client to allow use of local terminology is beyond the scope. Sorry.
