Running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit (21H2). Recently manually installed TB 102 over a fully working 91.11.0 installation. Currently on 102.0.2 Its a POP3 installation.

Have noticed that my Trash folder (which is named "Deleted" on my install) is not emptying when I exit TB. Judging from the dates of the deleted emails, it has been doing this since I installed the first full release version of TB 102. Was working as expected in TB 91.11.0

I have looked at: Settings | Server settings | Message Storage | Empty Deleted folder on exit The checkbox is correctly selected in all three accounts that I use. There is a similar checkbox in the Local Folders settings (which I don't make use of) and that is also selected.

Its not a massive problem - but thought I should flag it up as an issue in TB 102

Hello there pete91. We have read your message. We try to help you.

Oké it seems that your trashcan is not working like it should. You can reinstall the trashcan and leave it like it has to be installed and named.

To be shore because of the boxes that are filled in correctly. Check after reinstalling the trash can by deleting msf.file s scan with your security software for a check- up.

If the issue is still there start up in safe modus to find out what it is. Some options are turn of and on some add- ons that filter your incoming or outgoing mails. Or other software that is can or will cause that issue. Like a anti spam program that s is out of date that is still bugging you.

Maybe a other piece of software that you filled in when you had times that trash files has to be saved for searching some time in them.

Hey thanks very much - that worked!

Sometimes I need to open and then close TB twice to flush out deleted messages, but overall a good solution. Thanks for taking the time to help out. Appreciate it.
