I'm in New Jersey (US) and it looks fine to me. see screenshot A traceroute to your site only shows 7 hops to myshopify which appears to be hosting your site.

Tracerout - In computing, traceroute and tracert are computer network diagnostic commands for displaying possible routes and measuring transit delays of packets across an Internet Protocol network.

Any performance issue should be run by the hosting company.
