Message filters dialog box
Using Thunderbird v. 102.3.1, MAC OS X 12.6 The message filters dialog box no longer has an OK button. It's pushed below the bottom edge of the dialog box.

Same here. Thunderbird 102.3.2, OS 10.14.6 (Mojave). Not only does the dialog box have no OK button--so there is no way to create a new filter--but there is no way to close the box except quitting Thunderbird and restarting.
