Cannot Sync Mobile Android 10 with Windows 10 PC::
The three dots on my Android Firefox do not have an option in settings that say sync or anything for me to scan QR code, etc. to allow me to sync phone to PC.

If you tap the three dot icon, then select Settings, you should see the Firefox Sync option at the top of the screen.
