Web pages keep getting muted
Hello,
My fire fox keeps muting all tabs when I have more than 1 tab running with any audio. Discord and any other app with sound can mute everything too. I need to close everything that uses audio and then reload the web page with only that 1 tab open in order for audio to start working again.

Could be a Windows feature.

- Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Communications -> Do nothing
