Thunderbird repeatedly downloads all email from InBox (v 115.3.1 ) (win10)
Thunderbird is repeatedly downloading all email in the InBox everytime it checks for new messages. This slows down TB unacceptably and prevents accessing new messages while executing the download. v 115.3.1

No, the institutional server is running Microsoft 365 to the best of my knowledge.
