Thunderbird seems to be "correcting" sender's name

Hello: I design and mail an HTML newsletter for a nonprofit film festival, using Vertical Response. The group is called 3rd i Films (the lowercase "i" is an official part of the name). I noticed that Thunderbird is changing the sender's name to just "3rd Films." I checked my Vertical Response settings, and the name is correct there, and the problem does not appear in Gmail or Outlook. Based on some other people's questions on this forum, I checked my contacts list in Thunderbird, and it's incorrect there. It appears that Thunderbird pulled the name from my Apple address book, but the "i" is correct in Apple's version. So Thunderbird must be changing it. Is there a way to stop this? I don't know how many people view this newsletter using Thunderbird, but it looks pretty bad if it appears the group can't correctly spell its own name. I don't understand why Thunderbird would "correct" a name it pulled from another source.

Attached are images showing 1) the sender's name as it appears in my inbox, 2) the sender's name as it appears in Thunderbird contacts, and 3) the sender's name as it appears in Apple contacts.

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Settings. What is in the Your Name box?

I'm not sure I understand. The issue is that I'm sending HTML emails created within the Vertical Response website, and the sender's name in those is getting changed by Thunderbird. It's not about the account name.

The name in address book does not include the 'i' - If you make that correction, does it still omit when sending?

I'm not sending from within Thunderbird--I'm sending from the Vertical Response website. Test messages I sent to myself show that Thunderbird is changing the sender's name, even though it's correct in the Vertical Response settings and in my Apple Contacts list (that Thunderbird is pulling from). So my fear is that other recipients of the newsletter are going to see the wrong name. Changing it just in my own email account won't fix that problem.

Open the account on the Vertical Response site and check the setting that is the equivalent of TB's Your Name. TB has no effect on sending from any website, including Vertical Response.
