Picture-in-Picture
For whatever reason the Picture-in-Picture button keeps not showing up in normal places like Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. I can make it come back by going to the Settings turning off the Picture-in-Picture option (Which is always still active) refreshing the settings then going back to Picture-in-Picture and turning it back on and then finally refreshing the video I was trying to use, but this is kind of a lot to have to do every time it happens and it seems to be happening more and more, so I'd like to fix the root cause instead if possible. Any ideas?

Can you still use the right-click context menu to open the PiP player window?
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the Default System theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
So, I guess that solved the problem, in that after disabling a few apps and doing all this, now if it doesn't show up (still happening fairly often), I can refresh it and then it will. So, still no root solution, but at least it's an easier fix now
Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.
