--> While using Right-click copy to copy a content in OWA PowerPoint is freezing the entire web screen. --> We are seeing this issue with Linux, MAC and Windows as well with the Firefox version of 122.0 and 123.0 updates. --> As a workaround we were able to copy the contents using the keyboard shortcut but would like to get the support for the issue with right-click copy. --> This issue has been observed across our ARM environment.

Please let us know if there is any fix for this issue.

Hi Kaviya, I haven't used web-based PowerPoint for many years, so I'm not sure how it works at the moment. A couple follow-up questions:

(1) is the problem with the built-in right-click context menu (hold Shift while right-clicking to make sure you get this menu), or is the site presenting a custom/scripted right-click context menu?

(2) Do you notice the issue with particular content types, such as text, image, or PowerPoint object?

(3) Were you able to use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+C) because the first step is to select a particular element on the slide?

I'm able to replicate the issue. see screenshot

I just used a random template, highlighted text, right click to copy, but it then Firefox stopped responding. Even in Troubleshooting Mode with ETP off it still happens.

Something in the page's script isn't running the way the developers expected. Could be browser incompatibility or something Firefox blocked.
