When I'm scrolling down the page reload automatically and this is annoying. How can I stop refreshing the page by scrolling down? I want refresh manually please

Does this happen on any site in particular?
Make sure the Alt keys are not stuck as this will navigate forward/back in combination with the scroll wheel.
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
