How to completely stop auto refresh in websites?
I want to stop the browser from auto refreshing in some website but it keep auto refresh despite the fact that accessibility.blockautorefresh is marked as "true". In the past it wasn't like that, but someone who used my computer visited the website and clicked on some note from the website and gave it a permission for auto refreshing. I tried to look in the "permissions" of the website but found nothing about auto refreshing. I don't know how to stop those auto refreshing.

Did you try to clear the cookies for this website?
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Settings), click the padlock icon (Clear cookies and site data) for the domain in the selected tab.
"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"
"Clear the Cache":
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> [X] Cached Web Content -> Clear

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be careful. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose, make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website, data for that website will be saved once again.

I did "forget about this website" multiple times and it is still doing auto refresh. I also clicked on "clear cookies and site data" and it still doesn't work. It looks like the site also still save information about things I did in the past like nicknames I used in the website for comments, so it doesn't look like anything was deleted about this website other than history.
