Hello, I can’t configure my mail account on Thunderbird because I still have the same error message: Connection failed from imap.bbox.fr server with tobidm username. I don’t understand because I use the same email and password. Is it because of imap? is it because of smtp? Because of this, I can’t read my emails anywhere but on the access provider’s website. Impossible on thunderbird or on my phone. Please help me.

Are you using your full email address as user name? Maybe, if you post screenshots of your incoming server settings pane, and your SMTP settings server pane, and complete error message, we may have suggestions. Thanks.
