Hi sir..I have already used tanglish to tamil in my pc.now new os installed.but tamil phonetic input keyboard is not shown at wndows 10. kindly rectify the issue

You should check with the keyboard manufacture for proper keyboard drivers for Windows 10 drivers. This isn't a Firefox browser issue.
