Adding an email account to newly installed Thunderbird
Thunderbird gives an error message when I try to add a second email address. It is a Charter Communications Spectrum email address. Checked and rechecked the email address and password. I called the Spectrum help line and verified I had the correct server, incoming port, outgoing port, SSL on. Do not know how to proceed to use this email address on Thunderbird.

please post screenshot of incoming server settings pane and also of SMTP server settings pane. Thank you,
