How do I use the extensions I have in Firefox web on iOS? Specifically I have the extension of Deepl on my Firefox for desktop. How can I use it or any other way of translating a full page? Thanks

Firefox extensions are only available for Firefox on desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile version for Android.
Due to Apple's restrictions on what browser engine can be used on iOS/iPadOS the Firefox is basically a shell wrapper for Safari. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-firefox-ios
Not sure if Mozilla has Gecko version of Firefox for iOS/iPadOS for EU users yet though as Apple is now allowing users in the EU to choose a default browser other than Safari on iOS devices,
