I cant send emails out
Hello. I have spent one hour on the phone with microsoft. WE have concluded that the reason I cannot send any emails out from thunderbird was not a microsoft issue. Can you please contact me about this problem I am having inside thunderbird?

It is quite common for support teams to blame others, so this comes as no surprise. Please post screenshots of your incoming server settings pane and your SMTP server settings pane, and we will attempt to assist. This forum is the only medium for support. Thank you.
That error appears when the authentication method is 'normal password' instead of the correct OAuth2.
