Merci

I don't know how to proceed on Firefox for Android.
Do you have access to a desktop computer for an hour? If so, I would suggest this:
(1) Create a new personal profile to avoid mixing data with the main user (Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles)
(2) Sign in to your Mozilla Account to start Sync. You can use the Bookmarks Sidebar (Ctrl+B) to check whether your Mobile Bookmarks appear.
After the bookmarks arrive, you can save them to a JSON-format file using the Manual Backup process in this article: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer. This file cannot be used directly with Firefox for Android, unfortunately, but you can convert it to an HTML format for opening as a web page and/or pasting into an email to yourself, using my tool here: https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/bookbackreader.html.
(3) If you do not see the mobile bookmarks, use the About Sync add-on to check what data is in the Sync cloud for your account. You can install from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/about-sync/ and then type or paste about:sync in the address bar and press Enter to generate a list of the Sync cloud contents. There should be separate lists for desktop and mobile Firefox under the Bookmarks section.
You can copy data from this page, but it will require some clean-up to be useful.
(4) When you are done, remember to go back into the Profile Manager and delete your personal profile.
