Global Database keeps failing

Hi,

Trying to find a solution to my problem. On my office windows 10 computer my global database keeps failing.

I have tried several times to repair the database by deleting the global-messages-db file, but the thunderbird is not able to rebuild - it stays stuck at 0% progress in the activity manager. The only solution I have found is removing my account and then setting it up again. This rebuilds the database but only lasts a few days before it fails again.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry that I cannot help with the re-build process, but a little more information might help someone else.

What do you mean that the global database keeps failing?

Why are you trying to re-build it?

How large are your e-mail folders?
