I have not been able to send or receive emails for the past 2 days. I have contacted UK2 and am now able to receive and send emails through this. However am still unable to get emails through Thunderbird. I am getting this message "Sending of password for user davidhall@dhdesignltd.co.uk did not succeed. Mail server mail.uk2.net responded: [SYS/TEMP] Temporary authentication failure. [imap-p9-07:2025-02-20 14:41:44]" I would appreciate any help in getting this resolved. Regards David

You need to know what the right server settings should be. Where did you get the server settings you're using? If the info provided in the following page is correct, you appear to not even be using the right mail server, which according to that page should be chimail.uk2.net
