Whenever I try to load a web page on Firefox, it displays an error message on the tab bar that looks like, "frameset.aspx(GIF Image, 1x1 pixels)". This happens for several websites, not just one in particular. Please advise on how to fix this problem.

Some firewalls like Kaspersky can block content and send a 1x1 GIF image instead. Kaspersky": "Protection > Firewall > Filtration system: disable the "Banner Ad Blocker"

I noticed that your solution is working for many people with Kaspersky but i dont have Kaspersky , i have Avast and i get the same error on some sites while both it and my firewall are disabled ! Do u know how i can fix it ? P.S I only started getting this error a while ago , without adding any add-ons to firefox or changing my OS or any other software for that matter !
