When I press F1 key a litle longer (30 sec) the help page goes crazy.
It is not a question. I is a suggestion. Build a standard help dialog that goes with Firefox. That way you can reduce unnecessary traffic to the Help page.

Most keys on your keyboard are repeating keys. The same happens with a letter key. If you keep the letter key "a" depressed, it with continue to repeat the letter "a" until you release it. A quick, single tap on the F1 key is all that is required.
Other Issues: ~~red:You have installed plug-ins with known security issues. You should update them immediately.~~

Firefox used to have an internal Help file, but when Firefox 3 was released a couple of years ago it was changed to the online version of Help.
