Hello,

This is Ed from Upromise. I have confirmed that our TurboSaver product should work under the configuration of OS and Browser that you are currently running.

We are interested to understand what possibly could be causing issues with your configuration. Could you explain in more detail if you are seeing an error? or if nothing appears to be working? is it isolated to a certain feature?

We'd be happy to work with you to learn more. One last thought, have you tried to temporarily disablings other add-ons that are installed? Perhaps there is a conflict with one of them? If we can identify that, I'd be happy to work with our Development team to see if a fix is possible.

Please email us at communitycare@upromise.com with your findings or I will also be watching this post.

Thanks for your post!

Ed

Unfortunately disabling other add-ons did not help my situation.

I was using the turbosaver toolbar with the previous version of firefox but when I updated to vers 3.6.8 the toolbar does not even show up on my browser and when I look it up in the add-ons section it states that it is not compatible with the version of firefox I am using.

It may be that you have an older version of TurboSaver. To check, you can go to

http://upromise.com/turbosaver and click the Download Now button. If you have an older version and follow the install steps, it should upgrade you to the newest version of TurboSaver.

Sorry for the delay in responding, I've been on vacation. You can email us here also: communitycare@upromise.com

Thanks, Ed
