Firefox tells me that I need to install an up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player and leads me to place where I supposedly can download it, but when I try to download it a yellow bar appears at the top of the page with the words "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" and the options "Install missing plugins" OR deleting the yellow bar. This is NOT what your support page says will appear. How do I proceed from that point to actually download Adobe Flash Player?

If you do not have the Flash plugin then you can ignore the missing plugin bar and proceed to download the Flash plugin installer.

You can find the links to download the Flash plugin for Windows at the bottom of this page:
Adobe - Common Flash Player download and installation issues (Windows): http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/support/index.html
Go to: 3. Download Adobe Flash Player : Flash_Player_10_Plugin (All other Windows browsers)
