On opening Family Tree Maker 2011 I could click on my tree and it would load in Firefox and I could see everything download etc. On updating to 3.6.10 the page will load from FTM into Firefox but when trying to click on a person etc it will not load that page, just doesn't work, it appears to states transferring data from ancestry but just sits there with a blank page and does not go any further. I tried to roll back to previous version of Firefox but this will not work either. I need this to work please. The program FTM works and will download no problems but I want to be able to alter etc my online tree.

I have problem with Firefox 3.6.12 I don't use FTM but I am also getting problems on Ancestry.com actually com.au. I use search and some screens come up but then click to open a hit item in new tab and the Loading... goes on for ages and ends in a blank screen. I started using Chrome and it works ok (except Ancestry don't have an enhanced image viewer for it)

Anyhow I thought I would post here and tried again in Firefox and the search panel came up but a search ended up in the blank screen.

What is wrong with Firefox ??
