Is there a snipping tool on Firefox for Windows XP

IE has a tool to capture data and photos from part of the screen but Firefox doesn't have on Windows Vista has a snipping tool (snip it) built in but XP doesn't have one. Does Firefox have such a tool or can someone come up with one.
