I've never been contacted about my 13 crashes some of which I asked to be. My hard drive crashed completely after one of them and firefox continues to crash with my new hard drive. Why?

Hello,
your crash is caused by the Adobe Flash player.
Adobe has promised to fix this issue in the next flash player release.

You can also try to update the Flash plugin to the latest version 10.1 r102.
