I cannot find the internet options tab under the tools tab
My bank is asking me to click on the internet options tab under tools to change some setting bc my transactions can't download but i do not see internet options under tools.

Internet Options is not in Firefox, it's in Windows. Your bank is giving you information for IE, where Internet Options is at the bottom of the Tools menu.
Start > Settings > Control Panel - Internet Options
See "Firefox connection settings" in Server Not Found - Troubleshoot connection problems
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
- "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
