How can I merge bookmarks between multiple machines.

Basically I want to take my bookmarks from a 2nd machine and 'import' to the first machine and have unique bookmarks get imported and for different bookmarks to aske me if I want to copy over or not! Basically I want a syncing ability similar to most address software

Export from the 2nd PC and Import to the 1st PC in HTML format will append bookmarks, but it doesn't filter for duplicates. You would need to install an extension to look for duplicate bookmarks. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10897/

Or, you could use Firefox Sync.
