How can I check to see if I have any answers for the question I posted on the forum?

I recently posted a question on here but I logged in today to check my question and see if anyone answered me but I do not know where to go. I went to my profile and couldn't find it and I tried to search the asked questions but didn't. The only way I am planning to remember how to find this is because I am writing down this question exactly as I typed it to remember how to search for it.
